This research aims to explain recent developments involving the Axis of Resistance and the Zionist regime based on the divine traditions of the Qur’an. The main question is how this confrontation can be analyzed within the framework of the constant rules governing the conflict between truth and falsehood, such as divine support for believers and the gradual entrapment (istidrāj) of oppressors. The hypothesis of the study emphasizes that this conflict is not merely political; rather, it represents the actualization of the same Qur’anic traditions governing history, which will ultimately lead to the victory of the side of truth. The research methodology is based on an integrative approach combining Divine Traditions with scientific futures studies methods. These traditions are extracted from the Qur’anic text and the historical experience of confrontation. The current situation is then analyzed in terms of the relationship between the actors’ behavior and these traditions. Finally, based on the interaction between the constants of the traditions and the variables of human behavior, future scenarios of the confrontation and the requirements associated with each are outlined in the form of fixed and linear scenarios, on the one hand, and variable and nonlinear scenarios, on the other. The analysis of future scenarios indicates that the most probable outlook is a “gradual shift in the balance of power” in favor of the Axis of Resistance; a scenario that will unfold not through a sudden victory, but through a combination of the structural erosion of the regime, the strengthening of the Resistance’s hard and soft capabilities, discursive transformation among the peoples of the region, increased social participation, and ultimately the decline of the regime’s global legitimacy. However, the realization of this scenario is contingent upon the transition of the Resistance from a reactive stance to an active and future-shaping one: from emotional to rational resistance, from localized to networked resistance, and from military to discursive and civilizational resistance.
