The discussion on the impact of technological advancement, especially AI-based technologies, on the strategic, operational, and tactical dimensions of future wars shows that with the continued evolution of AI, not only the characteristics but perhaps also the nature of wars in the future will undergo fundamental changes and will experience a profound transformation. In this study, an attempt has been made to answer the question based on Clausewitz's triad theory: is AI a technology that changes the nature of war or will it determine the structure of future wars by affecting the characteristics of war? The present study seeks to answer this question using a descriptive-analytical method and utilizing Internet and library resources. By assuming the relationship between war and humans, this study shows that the characteristics of war will change with AI and that future wars will be shaped by the transformation of war in this direction. However, the nature of war cannot be considered independent of humans and the emotions that make humans, or the political and social systems that humans create; So in future wars, while the nature of war remains the same as it was in the past and present, the nature of war is starting to change for the future. What is changing is that as AI technologies become smarter, people and societies are starting to become AI. Social and organizational structures today no longer see systems as tools, but as collaborators.
