خوانش کلاوزویتسی از کاربست هوش مصنوعی در جنگ‌های آینده

چکیده

بحث پیرامون تأثیر پیشرفت فناوری به‌ویژه فناوری‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی بر ابعاد استراتژیک، عملیاتی و تاکتیکی جنگ‌های آینده نشان می‌دهند که با ادامه تکامل هوش مصنوعی، نه‌تنها ویژگی بلکه شاید ماهیت جنگ‌ها نیز در آینده دستخوش تغییرات اساسی گردیده و تحولی عمیق را تجربه خواهد کرد. نکته این‌که تمایز بین ماهیت و ویژگی جنگ سخت و مبهم است و از این جهت می‌تواند درک تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر جنگ آینده را به چالش می‌کشد. در این پژوهش تلاش شده براساس نظریه سه‌گانگی کلاوزویتس به این سؤال پاسخ داده شود که آیا هوش مصنوعی فناوری است که ماهیت جنگ را تغییر می‌دهد یا ساختار جنگ‌های آینده را با تأثیرگذاری بر ویژگی جنگ تعیین خواهد کرد؟ تحقیق حاضر به دنبال آن است تا با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و بهره‌مندی از منابع اینترنتی و کتابخانه‌ای به این پرسش جواب دهد. این پژوهش با قائل شدن رابطه بین جنگ و انسان نشان می‌دهد که ویژگی جنگ با هوش مصنوعی تغییر می‌کند و جنگ‌های آینده با دگرگونی جنگ در این مسیر شکل می‌گیرند. بااین‌حال، نمی‌توان ماهیت جنگ را مستقل از انسان‌ها و احساساتی که انسان‌ها را می‌سازند یا سیستم‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی که انسان‌ها ایجاد می‌کنند، دانست؛ بنابراین در جنگ‌های آینده، درحالی‌که ماهیت جنگ همانند گذشته و حال باقی می‌ماند، ویژگی جنگ از امروز شروع به تغییر برای آینده کرده است. آنچه در حال تغییر است این است که با هوشمندتر شدن فناوری‌های هوش مصنوعی، مردم و جوامع شروع به تبدیل‌شدن به هوش مصنوعی می‌کنند. ساختار‌های اجتماعی و سازمانی امروزه دیگر سیستم‌ها را به‌عنوان ابزار نمی‌بینند، بلکه به‌عنوان همکاران می‌بینند.

Discussions concerning the impact of technological advancement, particularly artificial intelligence (AI)-based technologies, on the strategic, operational, and tactical dimensions of future wars suggest that, with the continued evolution of AI, not only the character but perhaps also the nature of war may undergo fundamental change and profound transformation in the future. The distinction between the nature and character of war, however, is difficult and ambiguous, which may complicate our understanding of the impact of artificial intelligence on future warfare. Drawing on the Clausewitzian trinity, this study seeks to answer the following question: Does artificial intelligence constitute a technology that changes the nature of war, or will it shape the structure of future wars by affecting the character of war? The study addresses this question using a descriptive-analytical method and drawing on online and library sources. By recognizing the relationship between war and human beings, the study shows that the character of war will change with artificial intelligence and that future wars will take shape through this transformation. Nevertheless, the nature of war cannot be considered independently of human beings and the emotions that shape them, or of the political and social systems that humans create. Therefore, in future wars, while the nature of war will remain the same as in the past and present, the character of war has already begun to change in ways that will shape the future. What is changing is that, as artificial intelligence technologies become more intelligent, people and societies are beginning to undergo an AI-driven transformation. In contemporary social and organizational structures, such systems are increasingly viewed not merely as tools but as collaborators.
