Based on historical experience, emerging and future technologies are among the most influential factors in shaping transformations and determining the future. Therefore, achieving success requires acquiring new and emerging technologies and striving to participate in the process of creating future technologies. This article aims to define emerging technologies, explore their differences, applications, and prevalence. The examples provided are only a part of the unique applications of emerging technologies. As these technologies continue to advance, applications based on virtual reality, augmented reality, and extended reality will increasingly become integrated into our daily lives. In today’s rapidly advancing world, keeping pace with the latest global technologies is one of the key factors for business success. Business owners who stay updated and leverage these technologies can establish stronger relationships with their customers and promote their brand by providing unique experiences. Additionally, virtual reality has been embraced by armed forces for years, including all three main branches of the military (Army, Navy, and Air Force), and is used for training purposes. This use is especially beneficial for training officers in combat situations or other dangerous areas where they need to learn how to respond to risks appropriately.
