The use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) in management and decision-making has gained increasing importance. Organizations must invest in developing their capabilities in this area and ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI to remain competitive in the digital era. This study examines the future of management and decision-making with the implementation of AI-based systems and tools. Conducted using library resources and the latest research on the role of AI in management and decision-making, the study highlights the benefits of AI, including accelerating the collection of large and complex datasets, enabling organizations to make informed decisions, automating routine decision-making processes, and more. Finally, the study provides research and practical recommendations to researchers and managers for conducting scientific and strategic activities.
