The Ukraine crisis is one of the most significant conflicts in the international system and can be seen as a key variable in shaping the new global order. Given the crisis's occurrence in Europe, the European Union (EU) is undoubtedly the actor most impacted after Russia and Ukraine. This crisis has not only presented the EU with serious challenges in areas such as energy, food, and human resources but has also altered the trajectory of its future and its long-standing goal of achieving independence from the United States. This article seeks to answer the question: "Based on current evidence, what trends will the European Union face in the future?" According to the findings, nine major trends, including the intensification of food and energy crises, an increase in migration, heightened focus on investment in gas and renewable energy, and efforts to maximize military power, are projected to persist within the EU until 2035. The methodology employed in this article is trend analysis, using up-to-date documents and interviews to gather data.
