Since the onset of the Ukraine war, significant changes have occurred in the global oil market. In response to the sanctions imposed by the United States and European countries, Russia has sought to maintain its foreign trade flow, particularly in oil, by exploring new markets in both East and West Asia. The main research question of this study is: "How has the reading of the emerging global order influenced the transformation of the United Arab Emirates' role, specifically, and the global oil equations in the period following the start of the Ukraine war?" The findings of this article show that the different readings of key actors in the global oil market, especially China, Russia, India, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, have led to various approaches. Abu Dhabi's specific interpretation of the need for strategic diversification has shaped a pragmatic foreign policy approach based on flexible cooperation in the global energy market. Furthermore, the data reviewed confirm the notion of a shift in the economic orientation of key market players towards the East and Asia. This article is descriptive-analytical, and the required information has been collected through library research and referencing credible online sources.
