The scientific quarterly "Strategic Futures Studies" is a specialized publication of the Futures Studies bureau of the Supreme National Defense University of Islamic Republic of Iran  which is published in collaboration with the SNDU Publications and the Higher Research Institute of National Defense.

This journal aims to promote science, quantitative and qualitative development of articles, improve educational and research affairs, present the results of researchers' findings in the field of futures research and foresight, researches in strategic sciences, to establish links between educational and research centers and finally present new achievements in the field of Futures area.
