Since "driver analysis" is considered one of the practical and important methods of research in the field of future research, researchers who are not familiar with the field of future research have defects in using this method, which has caused the conducted research to be far from the desired goal. The main question in this research is, to what extent have the articles written on the subject of "Propulsion Analysis" been able to move within the framework of a correct method? And what prescriptions are presented in these articles? In this research, the "propulsion analysis" method was used and 30 article titles were collected and among them 17 Persian and English articles with the topic of "propulsion analysis" were selected, reviewed and studied. In Persian articles, prescription and scenario were included and presented only in two cases. Other articles lacked prescriptions and scenarios. But in the English articles in all cases the prescription was provided; But none of the cases had a scenario. Almost in many articles used in this research, components such as "trending" and "activating drivers" are mentioned.
