Abstract

Penetration is one of the most effective ways of hitting the enemy indirectly, which can cause irreparable damage to the other party at the lowest cost if successful. The physical and objective aspect of infiltration refers to the penetration of an infiltrator into the rival's camp or the penetration of an informational, political or cultural force into the domain of the hostile party. In contrast to this discourse, soft penetration is proposed, which indicates non-physical, mental and software aspects. One of the coordinates of influence in this discourse is targeting the attitudes, beliefs, emotions, expectations and preferences of the target society. Therefore, soft influence can be seen as influencing the behavior, thoughts, ideals, preferences, desires and identity of others and shaping them in a subtle way to create desirable results. Cognitive influence is one of the most effective and imperceptible types of influence in such a way that in the process of this type of influence, one person forces another person to do what he wants without the second person feeling that he was forced to do something. Futuristic research is one of the most effective weapons to deal with cognitive influence, which can neutralize cognitive influence and its effects among officials and society through interception, warning and forecasting scenarios, and in three areas of sensory, tendency and thought and also through strengthening Inside, this type of intrusion is inhibited.
