Abstract

Russia and other actors have also been added. China and Russia, two major Eurasian powers, have revealed their intention to replace the global system with an "unrestricted partnership" in order to shape the global landscape. This research raises the question of which strategic policy China and Russia have adopted regarding the Gaza issue (emphasizing the October 7, 2023 operation); It has proposed the hypothesis that both China and Russia are trying to gain the leadership of the southern or developing countries and the Al-Aqsa storm provided an opportunity for them to show their capabilities in this field. In the October 7 Gaza war, China has repeatedly criticized the Zionist regime for mass killing in Palestine and harming the people of Gaza, and this country, like other aspects of its foreign policy, seeks to strengthen its level of influence and economic power in other regions. During the last three decades, Russia has followed the policy of creating a balance between different actors, including between Israel and the Palestinians, and has continuously supported the two-state solution and the creation of a Palestinian state. China and Russia increase their activities in the region and take advantage of the dissatisfaction of the Islamic and Arab countries with the US support for the Zionist regime. This has provided an opportunity for the alliance and closer proximity of these two countries with Iran and the axis of resistance;
