Abstract
This article examines the importance of civilization studies in the direction of civilization from two aspects; First, it will have a theoretical approach to the position and importance of civilization studies, adopting a civilizational approach and civilizational futurism; Secondly, a summary of the relationship between Islamic teachings and the issue of civilization and civilization is provided. Therefore, based on the study and collection of documents and their description and analysis, and with an emphasis on The civilizational theory of Challenge-and-Response, the most important findings of the theoretical studies of civilization are stated as follows; Civilization study and civilization building for the growing social cultural growth and development and not to fall behind the advancing caravan of civilization. Civilization research and civilization building as a moral and trans generational mission in order to build a favorable situation for the future. Civilization research and civilization building in the direction of historical self-awareness and overcoming the problems and challenges arising from the confrontation of civilization with Western civilization. Civilization research and civilization building to reach the perspective and movement horizon of civilization and aging its foundations in accordance with the cultural ecosystem. Other components also indicate the relationship between Islamic doctrines and teachings and the category of civilization; General teachings based on the establishment of prosperity and development on earth, introduction of great examples of civilization, drawing and portraying the opposite current of revelation and prophets in the form of a complex social order with civilizational characteristics are among these things.
