Abstract

The Ukraine crisis is one of the most important conflicts in the international system and can be mentioned as a decisive variable in the formation of the new world order. Considering the occurrence of the crisis in the geography of Europe, the European Union is definitely the actor that has had the highest level of effectiveness. This crisis has not only faced serious challenges in the current situation of the European Union in various dimensions such as energy, food, human resources, etc., but also the future of this Union and its goal of independence from the United States, which it sought to realize for years. has faced changes. This article based on the current evidence, seeks to answer the question, what trends will the European Union face with in the future? Based on the findings, 9 trends, including the aggravation of the food and energy crisis, the increase in migration, the increase in attention to investment in the field of gas and renewable energy, and try to maximize military power, etc. are among the most important trends in the perspective of 2035. The method used in this article is Trend analysis and in order to collect data, existing documents and interviews have been used.
