This research aims to provide an adaptive-analogical analysis of the statement within the framework of well-established foresight models to achieve a deeper understanding, operational application of its strategic themes, and enhanced communication between professional futurists and the future-oriented layers of the Supreme Leader's vision embedded in the document. To identify the statement's strategic and foresight implications, the six-step strategic foresight model of the Association of Professional Futurists was employed. The content of the statement was analyzed using a content analysis method aligned with the six fundamental steps of the model: framing, scanning, forecasting, visioning, planning, and acting. Through adaptive content analysis, the study sought to extract and reinterpret the foresight-related themes and implications in the Second Step Statement based on the Hines-Bishop six-step strategic foresight model. By coding 267 categories identified in the statement's text, the analysis revealed 43 codes related to framing, 126 to scanning, 34 to forecasting, 27 to visioning, 12 to planning, and 25 to acting, each corresponding to the relevant categories and steps of the model. بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی به عنوان سند راهبردی نظام جمهوری اسلامی حاوی مضامین آشکار و پنهان بسیاری است که نظام فکری حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای رهبر انقلاب اسلامی ایران را در بعد آینده‌نگری و آینده‌اندیشی روایت می‌کند. از این رو در این پژهش تلاش شده‌است تا با بازخوانیِ انطباقی-قیاسی سند در چهارچوب مدل‌های شناخته شده در حوزه‌ی آینده‌پژوهی، بتوانیم به شناسائی و ادراک عمیق و کاربست عملیاتی مضامین راهبردی سند و ایجاد ارتباط بهتر آینده‌پژوهان حرفه‌ای کشور با لایه‌های آینده-اندیشی معظم له در سند کمک کنیم. بر این اساس و با هدف شناسایی دلالت‌های آینده‌نگرانه‌ و راهبردی موجود در متن بیانیه، مدل شش مرحله‌ای آینده‌نگاری راهبردی انجمن آینده‌پژوهان حرفه‌ای انتخاب گردید. محتوای سند با روش تحلیل محتوا و در چهارچوب 6 گام اساسی مدل «چارچوب‌بندی، پویش، پیش‌بینی و چشم‌اندازسازی، برنامه‌ریزی و اقدام» مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش تلاش شد تا با روش تحلیل محتوای-انطباقی، مضامین و دلالت‌های آینده نگرانه‌ی موجود در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی بر اساس گام‌های مدل 6 مرحله‌ای آینده‌نگاری راهبردی هاینز-بیشاپ، بازخوانی و استخراج شود. با کدگذاری بر اساس واحد تحلیل عبارات موجود (267 مقوله) در متن بیانیه استخراج شد، در نتیجه 43 کد به چارچوب بندی، 126کد پویش، 34 کد پیش‌بینی ، 27 کد چشم‌اندازسازی، 12 کد برنامه‌ریزی و25 کد به اقدام مرتبط با هریک از مقوله‌ها و گام‌های موردنظر استخراج شد. https://jsfs.sndu.ac.ir/article_3222_90bb65b44b8610a5c1eee32c8184cb5a.pdf
